Product availability:
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 – 48 hours after the payments made for such orders have cleared in the Provider’s bank account. This applies to weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday may only be despatched the following Monday. Should the product not be in stock, please allow 2 working days plus. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Nuclear Anabolics will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule and/or order solution. Stock availability is dependant on supply from different suppliers. Nuclear Anabolics cannot accept any responsibility for any stock unavailability from said suppliers. All efforts will be made by the Provider to honour all paid and cleared orders.
Returns and/or exchange policy:
Should there be any discrepancies, Returns and exchanges can be done, strictly, within seven (7) calendar days from date of purchase. Product must be in the original packaging and defect free (Products must be in perfect condition for resale). Any additional costs of shipping and/or delivery fee will be the customer’s liability.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Nuclear Anabolics endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. Nuclear Anabolics reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices indicated are the prices applicable at the time of purchase. No refunds are applicable should the pricing change once the purchase has been made.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer):
EFT is one of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once an order has been placed, the relevant payment details will be forwarded to the client via email. When payments are made, clients are to use the unique Invoice number in the reference line for the payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products. Failure to use the invoice number as reference or using any other description other than the invoice number for said order, can lead to a delay in processing of such order, and/or even cancellation of such order.
Direct Deposit:
Clients can make payment via direct deposit at either an ATM or teller inside a bank.
PROOF OF PAYMENTS
THE PROVIDER WILL ONLY SHIP ORDERS ONCE THE FUNDS HAVE CLEARED IN THE PROVIDERS’ SPECIFIED BANK ACCOUNT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ARE USED FOR PAYMENT OF ORDERS. PROOF OF PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED VIA EMAIL – sales@nuclearanabolics.co.za
Courier Services
Clients are required to provide the correct shipping address. Failure to provide the correct delivery address details can lead to orders being returned to the shipper. The costs of reshipping will be the responsibility of the client. Take note that the Provider does not make use of the South African Postal Services, but only of a Courier Company. Any shipping query after a package was shipped should be directed at the Courier Company with tracking number provided.
